Buy two GMRS PRO radios and the second one is $20 off, and the savings come off automatically at checkout. If you mix the GMRS PRO with our other BTECH radios, you save $1 on each radio when you buy two or more and $2 on each when you buy four or more.
The GMRS PRO is the radio we recommend for families who want to talk, text, and share locations without cell service. It is a 5 watt GMRS handheld that can send short text messages and share GPS locations with other GMRS PRO radios, so your family can check in and see where everyone is even when the cell network is down.
Those texting and location features work between GMRS PRO radios, which is why most families buy at least two. One GMRS license covers your immediate family, there is no exam, and the license is good for 10 years, so a household can put a radio in each car and go-bag under a single license.
The radio is rated IP67, so it can be briefly submerged, and it charges over USB-C. You program channels from your phone over Bluetooth with the free BTECH app instead of a cable and a computer, and the radio also gives you NOAA weather alerts and works with GMRS repeaters for extra range.

Solid!! Amazing price!!!! Basically got a free antenna!! Factory antenna got me just over a mile radius city (no repeater) new antenna getting over 2.5 maybe 3!!! Miles clean transmission
Mostly used for fishing, hunting, and camping in rough areas. The wife is at basecamp or cabin and feels more comfortable with me being gone longer. Most likely going to buy another!
