Does ReadyPlan work without internet or cell signal?
Yes. After your first sign-in, all your plans sync and store locally on your device. You don't need WiFi or cell service to access them. Your plan needs to be there when infrastructure isn't.
Is my information private and secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and synced locally to your device after sign-in. It isn't sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion at any time. Read the full Privacy Policy if you want the details.
How does Lifetime work if I buy it here on Shopify?
When you purchase ReadyPlan Lifetime on madgear.shop, we apply Lifetime to the ReadyPlan account that matches your Shopify checkout email.
If you're already a ReadyPlan user with that email, your account is upgraded automatically.
If you're not a user yet, create your ReadyPlan account using the same email you used at checkout and you'll become Lifetime automatically.
If you want to use a different email, we'll generate a code and email it to you so you can sign up with any address.

Should I use the web app or mobile app?
Use both. The web app is better for building and editing complex plans. The mobile app is better for quickly accessing plans and checklists on the go, even offline.
Can I export and print my plans?
Yes. ReadyPlan supports PDF export so you can keep offline backups and hard copies.
What is PACE planning?
PACE stands for Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency. It's a framework used by military communications units to ensure comms don't fail when the primary method goes down. It's built directly into ReadyPlan's workflow.
