The packet as a whole is a great start to any peppers gear.
Good start for setting up an emergency action plan for a family. Pages are easy to use and understand. A head family member can use examples from within the pages and look at recommended emergency preparation list from their local, state, and federal to develop and create an action plan for their family.
More Authentication and Cipher Tables are absolutely essential to having a well designed contingency planner. You need to have one for each of your groups and important people. Exfil and PACE plans as well. As usual, top quality printing and design.
